The Toyota RAV4 is one of the most popular compact SUVs in the market, offering a blend of practicality, efficiency, and technology. For the 2024 model year, the RAV4 gets some minor updates that enhance its appeal and versatility. Here are some of the highlights of the 2024 Toyota RAV4.
New Woodland Edition
The most notable addition to the 2024 Toyota RAV4 lineup is the Woodland Edition, which debuted last year as a hybrid-only model. The Woodland Edition is designed for adventurous drivers who want to explore the outdoors with style and comfort. It features a unique Army Green exterior color, which can also be paired with a Midnight Black Metallic roof for a two-tone look. The Woodland Edition also gets bronze-colored 18-inch wheels with Falken Wildpeak AT tires, black chrome-tipped exhaust, black badges, and black exterior accents.
The Woodland Edition is not just about looks, though. It also comes with a standard 1.25-inch activity mount on the rear bumper, which can accommodate a cargo carrier or a bike rack. This makes it easier to carry your gear and equipment for your outdoor adventures. The Woodland Edition also comes with standard roof rails and cross bars for additional cargo options.
Inside, the Woodland Edition offers a spacious and comfortable cabin with SofTex-trimmed seats, a panoramic moonroof, and a JBL premium audio system just like on the 2024 Toyota Sequoia and the 2023 Toyota Hilux GR Sport. It also gets a new optional Weather Package, which adds heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and rain-sensing windshield wipers with a de-icer function.
The Woodland Edition is powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine paired with an electric motor, producing a combined output of 219 horsepower. It comes with an electronic all-wheel-drive system that uses a dedicated electric motor to drive the rear wheels. The Woodland Edition has an estimated fuel economy of 38 mpg city, 35 mpg highway, and 37 mpg combined.
